There are many reasons why you should take water from a bottle
1. It is more healthy than tap water. Bottled water is typically filter-filtered and contains higher levels of minerals than tap water. It is also healthier to drink as it doesn't come from municipal sources, which can be contaminated by toxins.
2. It's less expensive compared to tap water. Bottled water is generally less expensive than tap water, especially when you purchase it in the bulk.
3. It can help reduce the carbon footprint. When you consume water from a bottle, you're less likely to use plastic that goes to the landfill.
4. It saves energy. Bottled water consumes much less power than tap water helping to reduce carbon emissions more.
